Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to serve as the technical owner of Costpoint and related finance technologies. You will lead complex configurations, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical design while ensuring alignment with operational needs.

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable financial system solutions, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with system administration and business-analysis duties.
• Advanced Costpoint system administration experience including module configuration and security management.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, solution design.
• Experience designing and implementing system-based financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial close).
• Ability to develop and interpret complex reports and data models; proficient with Cognos or similar tools.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, API data exchange, middleware, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related tools.
• Lead technical/functional analysis, translate business needs into configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues and data anomalies.
• Develop and validate complex reports and analytics for leadership.
• Drive automation to standardize workflows and improve reliability.
• Mentor junior admins and enforce documentation and testing standards.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation for audit readiness and governance.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies with well-defined technical stories.
