Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance technology. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP integrations, driving reliable data flows and accurate leadership reporting.

You will mentor junior admins, collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT and leadership, and contribute to continuous improvement, audit readiness, and governance across enterprise financial systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in admin, config, troubleshooting, and business-analysis roles.
• Advanced Costpoint administration experience including module configuration and security.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements, gap analysis, process mapping.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness, compliance, and financial close.
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related tools.
• Lead technical and functional analysis, translate needs into configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Identify and resolve advanced system issues and cross-module impacts.
• Develop complex reports and data models ensuring accuracy for leadership.
• Drive automation and standardize workflows to improve reliability.
