Job summary

Bane-Welker Equipment is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Sales Representative in Plain City, OH to drive equipment sales to new and existing customers. You will follow proven sales processes to ensure an excellent buying experience and complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing product and market knowledge, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Proven sales experience in selling equipment for at least 10 years.
• Experience managing $20M+ in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Independent and as part of a team; demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong product, market and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow successful sales processes ensuring an excellent buying experience, including timely paperwork.
• Set and monitor progress toward sales goals daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Collaborate with other staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Continually learn and apply new selling skills and techniques.
• Identify and obtain new prospects to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, markets and industry.
