Job summary

Terracon in Florida is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) efforts within the Florida Division and support staff nationwide. You will mentor senior staff, shape EPP practices, and coordinate with cross-office teams to grow capabilities, standards, and client service across the country.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline with strong leadership ability.
• Extensive experience leading environmental permitting and planning programs.
• Preference for PE/PG certification and multi-division collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects and national accounts within the EPP program.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs for programs.
• Mentor staff, support cross-office collaboration, and share resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with division leadership and client stakeholders for success.
