Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to join our Florida Division. This role leads Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) efforts, mentoring staff and expanding practices across the Florida Division and nationwide.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, maintain technical adequacy, and oversee resource utilization while aligning with Terracon’s national EPP strategy. A senior leader with a strong background in NEPA, cultural resources, and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum of 15 years of related experience; or 20 years if no degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer required.
• PE or PG certification preferred; Authorized Project Reviewer status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects, national accounts, and sector programs across multiple projects.
• Define project scope, scale, schedule, and budget with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead interactions with clients and project managers to deliver programs and projects successfully.
• Develop and implement project/program management plans and schedules.
• Lead safety efforts for the entire program, including safety plan compliance.
• Coach and mentor project managers and coordinate with offices and regions.
