Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead Environmental Permitting and Planning efforts in our Florida Division. The role involves guiding the EPP practice across the Florida Division and supporting staff and clients nationwide.

You will mentor senior and mid-career practitioners, coordinate with Technical PRGs, and promote growth while maintaining safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or 20 years of related experience can substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of 15 years’ related experience; 20 years if no degree.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects, national accounts, and sector programs with multiple projects.
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget with clients.
• Lead interactions with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure delivery.
• Design and implement project/program management plans and schedules.
• Coach and mentor project managers and collaborate across offices and regions.
• Coordinate with quality and accounting teams for risk, finances, and reporting.
