Job summary

Terracon in Florida is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead our Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) efforts in the Florida Division and assist staff and clients nationwide. The role involves mentoring staff, building the EPP practice, and coordinating with Technical PRGs and Sector leads across Terracon’s divisions.

The position requires senior-level expertise in EPP, program leadership, and the ability to grow practice areas while ensuring safe, profitable project

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 15+ years related experience, or 20 years in lieu of a degree.
• Authorized Project Reviewer (APR) preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects and national accounts/sector programs comprising multiple projects.
• Define project scope, scale, schedule and budget to meet client needs.
• Lead interactions with clients, stakeholders and project managers for coordination and delivery.
• Design and implement project/program management plans and schedules.
• Coach and mentor project managers and collaborate across offices for resources and proposals.
