Job summary

Terracon in Florida seeks an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) efforts across the Florida Division and to support staff and clients nationwide. The role emphasizes strategic growth, technical leadership, and the development of standardized practices that align with Terracon’s national EPP framework.

You will mentor senior and mid‑career practitioners, build cross‑office teams, manage large programs, and collaborate with National Account Managers

Qualifications

• Senior-level practitioner eligible to become APR(s).
• Strong leadership and revenue growth skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead cross-office collaboration.
• Experience managing large projects/programs and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects and national accounts.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with clients.
• Lead interactions with client, stakeholders and project managers.
• Design, communicate and implement project management plans.
• Lead safety efforts for the program.
• Coordinate with NAMs and Sector leaders.
• Coach and mentor project managers.
• Manage risk and ensure contracts are signed and executed.
