Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety (EHS) efforts in the Florida Division. This role offers the opportunity to mentor staff, manage complex projects, and influence safety and compliance standards across a growing region.

You will collaborate with the EHS team nationally, drive growth plans with operations, and develop client relationships while delivering high-quality EHS services to staff and clients nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 12+ years of full-time consulting experience.
• Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hr refresher preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess EHS staff capabilities across the Division.
• Develop EHS Growth Plans with Operational Leadership.
• Work with Client Development and technical staff on implementing Growth Plans.
• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables.
• Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Work with Operations to understand local EHS growth opportunities.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and client requests.
• Participate in the development of local and regional marketing strategies.
• Support safety efforts to promote safety rules and guidelines.
• Evaluate problems and develop practical solutions that enable our clients to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
