Terracon is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead our Environmental Permitting and Planning efforts in the Florida Division and support staff and clients nationwide. The role requires senior-level expertise to grow the EPP practice across divisions, mentor staff, and drive consistent national standards.

The position emphasizes program leadership, cross-office collaboration, and successful delivery of major projects while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of related experience or 20 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) practice across the Florida Division.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with nationally dispersed EPP team members.
• Develop and implement practices, standards, and templates for consistency across divisions.
• Manage large-scale projects and national accounts within EPP.
• Coordinate with multiple offices to ensure project delivery and safety compliance.
