Job summary

Terracon seeks an experienced EPP Program Manager to lead Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) efforts in the Florida Division and support staff and clients nationwide. The role focuses on growing the EPP practice, mentoring staff, coordinating resources across offices, and maintaining high standards for project delivery and safety.

The ideal candidate will manage large-scale programs, collaborate with clients and technical teams, and drive growth while ensuring quality and regulatory

Qualifications

Master's degree in a technical discipline with 15+ years of related experience; or 20+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale national and sector programs with multiple projects and project managers.
Lead interactions with clients and stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and implement project/program management plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
Lead safety efforts for the program and ensure compliance with safety plans.
Coach and mentor project managers and staff across offices and regions.
