Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for Employment Practices Liability (EPL). You will manage the full claim lifecycle, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements with clients and attorneys.

This role is fully remote with jurisdictional flexibility and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of claims experience; JD preferred and licensure as needed. We value analytical thinking, strong communication, and client service, along with proficiency in standard claims software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years claims experience.
• Licenses/certifications in applicable states or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex EPL claims.
• Manage full claim lifecycle with attention to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reserves and settlement authority requests.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and attorneys.
