This role handles moderately complex claims from intake through resolution with focus on coverage analysis and settlements. You will manage the full claim life cycle, conduct investigations, prepare reserves and settlement requests, and negotiate with clients and attorneys while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years claims experience required.
• Licensed in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses per local requirements.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency with claims software and related computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes coverage and settles moderately complex EPL claims.
• Manages full life cycle of assigned claims files.
• Conducts investigations to determine exposure and settlement strategy.
• Prepares reserve and settlement authority requests for client and carrier approval.
• Negotiates settlements with clients, client attorneys, and Public Adjusters.
