Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pharmacy technology or IT leadership, with management exposure.
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is required.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory, Inventory, and Optime certifications are preferred.
• Strong vendor management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic pharmacy technology solutions across design, deployment, and support.
• Lead architecture discussions and integrations with Epic Willow and other systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to define requirements.
• Develop roadmaps for Pharmacy Services leveraging digital transformation.
• Manage projects from planning to deployment and optimization.
• Coordinate CPOE, medication administration workflows, and smart pump initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and revenue cycle integrity.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive governance and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to advance technology objectives across the organization.
