AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an Epic Willow Analyst III to lead end-to-end Willow system planning, design, and maintenance, collaborating with leadership on high-impact initiatives.

You will mentor pharmacy staff and coordinate training, ensuring system effectiveness across care continuum. The role requires extensive Epic Willow experience, strong data analytics, and project management skills, with hybrid participation in clinical and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & inventory certification required.
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare with data analysis and project management tools.
• 4+ years supporting Pharmacy Operations or related systems.
• 3+ years of Epic Willow experience.
• Experience with Epic configuration is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, PharmD, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Clinical licensure is a plus and Beacon certification is preferred.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Access/SharePoint and data warehousing tools experience.
• Proven team leadership and cross-team communication skills.
• Experience with data gathering, requirements definition, and PM processes.
