Job summary
AltaMed seeks a senior-level Willow Analyst III to provide expert support for the Willow Ambulatory system across pharmacy workflows. You will drive system improvements, collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, and mentor staff on Epic Willow capabilities.

Qualifications
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & inventory certification
- Minimum of 6 years in healthcare with data analysis and project management tools
- 4+ years supporting Pharmacy Operations or related systems
- Epic Willow experience (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in clinical, IT, or related field
- Active clinical license or certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Willow systems.
- Educate pharmacy staff and clinicians on Willow workflows and capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership on high-impact initiatives and ensure system optimization.
