AltaMed Health Services in Commerce, CA seeks an experienced Epic Willow Analyst III to lead specialized support for pharmacy staff across the care continuum. This senior role drives system improvements, collaborates with leadership on high‑impact initiatives, and oversees Willow Ambulatory configurations and training.

The analyst designs, implements, and maintains Willow solutions, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory & inventory certification required.
• 6+ years in healthcare with data analysis and project management tools.
• 4+ years supporting Pharmacy Operations or related systems.
• 3+ years of Epic Willow experience and configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Beacon certification and Compass/Willow inpatient knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, SQL, and data warehousing tools.
