Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc is seeking a senior Epic Willow Analyst to serve as the primary support contact and application expert for Willow Inpatient at an academic health system. You will configure, build, and support pharmacy workflows, acting as a technical leader for the customer’s clinical applications team and mentoring their Epic workflows.

The role requires hands-on Willow experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver projects remotely while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Active Willow Inpatient certification required.
• Hands-on experience supporting Epic Willow in clinical settings.
• Proven ability to deliver projects remotely.
• Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills.
• Effective communication across all project levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact and SME for Willow Inpatient.
• Configure, build, install, and coordinate issues during projects.
• Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows and document requirements.
• Develop procedures and training materials for end users.
• Provide 24/7 support during go-live and stabilization phases.
