Job summary

Nordic seeks a Managed Services Application Advisor - Professional Billing to design, test and troubleshoot EHR solutions for healthcare clients. You will mentor team members, guide engagements, and serve as the application lead for small to midsize customers.

Requirements include Epic PB certification and 3+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience; ability to work with cross-functional teams and travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Epic PB certification required; PB Claims & Remittance and/or Charge Router desirable.
• 3+ years of Epic Professional Billing experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity for complex clients.
• Analyze and fulfill system requests by detailing requirements and performing builds and testing.
• Anticipate impact of changes and manage related risks across connected systems.
• Lead workflow analysis and audits to drive improvements and efficiencies.
