Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to deliver expert Epic design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will guide teams, manage complex engagements, and mentor colleagues to grow both technical and soft skills.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, onboarding new staff, and translating client needs into detailed specifications while ensuring project alignment and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• Epic Grand Central and RTE certification required.
• Epic Prelude certification and/or experience preferred with understanding of integration points.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence at all levels including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure Epic application integrity for Nordic clients.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues and building/testing changes.
• Anticipate impact of changes on other applications and manage those impacts.
• Onboard and mentor new team members to the customer support team.
