Qualifications

• Active Epic HB/HB Resolute certification is required for this role.
• 3+ years of direct Epic Hospital Billing experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity and stability.
• Manage customer engagements and document requirements in ticketing systems.
• Mentor team members and guide other staff on customer configurations and processes.
