Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Epic Application Management Application Advisor to provide expert EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic clients while supervising engagements and mentoring Managed Services team members.

They should lead application efforts for small to medium customers, manage complex projects, and ensure adherence to SLAs with a focus on quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certificate is required.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with moderate understanding is needed.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to simplify complex topics for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirement specs; perform system build and testing.
• Lead changes, manage dependencies across applications, and guide system upgrades and testing.
