Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks an experienced Managed Services Application Advisor for Professional Billing to lead Epic Billing engagements for healthcare clients in the US. You will design, test, and troubleshoot Epic Professional Billing workflows while mentoring junior staff and guiding client teams.

You will manage multiple complex projects, ensure regulatory and financial integrity, and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification is required.
• 3+ years of direct Epic Professional Billing experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of EHR applications for Nordic clients.
• Analyze and build system requirements, perform build and testing, and manage change impacts.
• Lead and coordinate projects for multiple complex clients with minimal supervision.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
• Mentor team members and onboard new staff to client configurations.
