Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing is required.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting to ensure Epic application integrity, integration, and stability.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into specs, and performing builds and testing.
• Oversee onboarding of new team members and mentor staff in technical and soft skills.
• Explain complex setups to IT and leadership to enable informed decisions.
