Nordic is seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing specialist to ensure the integrity and stability of EHR applications for advanced healthcare clients. You will analyze requests, translate needs into detailed specs, and perform builds and testing.

With 3+ years of Epic HB experience and strong communication skills, you will manage complex projects, document changes in ticketing systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives within Managed Services.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Resolute HB certification is required.
• Active Epic HB Claims certification is desirable.
• 3+ years of direct Epic Hospital Billing experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of Nordic's EHR applications for complex customers.
• Analyze system requests, translate needs into detailed specifications, perform system build and testing.
• Anticipate impact of changes on other applications and coordinate mitigations.
• Lead proactive analysis of workflows and system audits to improve efficiency and lead upgrades.
