Job summary

Nordic seeks a Senior Application Advisor - Managed Services to deliver expert Epic EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will oversee customer engagements and mentor Managed Services staff, translating needs into actionable specifications.

You will guide internal and customer teams, ensure smooth onboarding, and participate in on-call rotations with up to 10% travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central and RTE certification required or preferred.
• 5+ years in Epic modules implementation, training, or support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level Epic troubleshooting, ensuring application integrity and stability.
• Address system requests by analyzing issues and building/test specs.
• Anticipate cross-system impacts and manage changes accordingly.
• Mentor team members and onboard new staff to client configurations.
