Job summary

Nordic is seeking an experienced Epic Professional Billing Application Advisor to deliver expert EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic clients while guiding customer engagements and mentoring team members.

You will serve as the application lead for small to mid-size customers, perform issue analysis, coordinate changes, and ensure system stability and regulatory compliance through robust documentation and collaboration with IT and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing certificate required.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications.
• Fulfilling system requests by analysis, translating needs into detailed specs, and performing build/testing.
• Guide change control and prepare documentation for SLAs and audits.
• Lead customer engagements and mentor other team members.
