Job summary

Nordic is seeking an experienced Managed Services Application Advisor for Professional Billing to lead Epic Billing engagements with Nordic clients. You will troubleshoot, build, test, and configure EHR modules while mentoring other team members.

The role requires 3+ years of direct Epic Professional Billing experience, active Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification, and strong communication skills to work with IT, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification is required.
• Epic PB Claims & Remittance and/or Charge Router certification is desirable.
• 3+ years of direct Epic Professional Billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic’s complex customers.
• Fulfilling system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed specifications, and performing system build and testing.
• Anticipating the impact of changes to other applications and systems and managing related impacts.
• Guiding and performing proactive analysis of workflows and system setup, including leading system upgrades and testing.
• Project and issue management with prioritization and escalation as needed to protect patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Learning and documenting unique customer processes and configurations; orienting team members to customer setups.
• Managing multiple complex clients and projects with minimal oversight, tracking issues in a ticketing system.
