Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart patient‑facing experiences and related workflows. You will configure questionnaires, test result release, proxy access, and activation processes while collaborating with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM to ensure compliant patient access decisions.
You will lead mid‑size projects, mentor peers, and contribute to best practices for configuration, deployment, and support of healthcare
Qualifications
- Epic MyChart certification is required.
- Experience with MyChart questionnaires and test results release.
- Experience with proxy access and activation workflows.
- Experience with eCheck-in and patient identity verification.
- Experience with MyChart Bedside and Hyperspace build.
- Ability to manage PM for mid-size projects.
Responsibilities
- Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support business needs.
- Partners with vendors for third‑party integration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Solves incidents and problems per service levels and standards.
- Serves as PM for mid‑size projects with multiple teams.
- Develops testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs.
