Job summary

Mediant Health Resources is seeking a Senior Epic MyChart consultant to support build, configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart functionality in a healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve patient portal workflows, while managing features such as messaging, proxy access, scheduling, and test results.

Qualifications

• Epic MyChart certification required.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Epic MyChart in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the build, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart functionality.
• Work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve patient portal workflows.
• Manage MyChart features such as patient messaging, proxy access, scheduling, test results, questionnaires, notifications, and patient self-service tools.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancement requests, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and end-user support.
