Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite. The role focuses on build/configuration ownership, testing, activation, proxy access, and eCheck-in workflows, partnering with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM on patient access and consent decisions.
The position is fully remote with some on-site presence required yearly, and a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, business, or related field is required.
- Epic MyChart certification is a must and active certification is preferred.
- Experience with MyChart questionnaires and test results release configurations.
- Ability to manage proxy access, activation, and identity verification.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Epic MyChart patient experiences and workflows.
- Lead mid-size projects with multiple teams and serve as PM for initiatives.
- Develop testing plans and verify system outputs and integrity.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, HIM, and vendors.
- Document workflows and support change management standards.
