Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst dedicated to Epic MyChart and Patient Experience applications. You will configure MyChart workflows, test results release, proxy access, and eCheck-in, collaborating with clinical operations, Privacy, and HIM on patient access and consent decisions.

Remote role with periodic on-site presence yearly. The role requires Epic MyChart certification, strong MyChart questionnaire and activation experience, and the ability to lead small to mid-sized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Four (4) years of work experience in related areas or actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with six years of experience.
• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with external vendors for third-party applications integration/implementation and support.
• Solves incidents and problems according to service levels and standards.
• Serve as PM and complete PM functions for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Performs quality reviews of team builds.
• Collaborates with peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Follows documentation and change management standards.
• Participates in training development for end-users and peers.
• Oversees configuration of hardware with software to meet client specifications.
• Develops and understands business reporting needs for end users.
• Participates in on-call and command center responsibilities.
• Develops testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
