Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic applications across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas. You will evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and lead smaller projects while working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires Epic reporting experience, SQL/SSIS/R/Python skills, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant Epic experience. Norfolk, VA-based, with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications.
• Perform upgrades, configuration, and testing for Epic releases.
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and access teams to assess needs and improve workflow efficiency.
