The role requires Epic reporting proficiency and programming skills (SQL/SSIS/R/Python), with 7+ years of Epic reporting experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic reporting tools, including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.
• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• The Senior IT Specialty Analyst supports Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas, evaluating needs and recommending solutions.
• Performs build/configuration, upgrades and enhancements, workflow assessments, testing, and incident/change management for software releases.
• Leads smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and guides less-experienced team members.
