Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Healthy Planet and at least one additional Epic application
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 4+ years of Epic implementation and/or support
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare workflows
• Willingness to travel ~25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Healthy Planet: design, build, test, implement
• Collaborate with leadership and end users for configuration and clinical consultation
• Lead multiple Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements
• Lead design and validation sessions with thorough documentation and issue escalation
• Maintain system documentation and design/build records
• Monitor production apps and participate in on-call support
• Conduct all phases of testing for EpicCare Ambulatory workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage system updates
• Ensure compliance with change control standards
• Build relationships with end users and stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team communication from requirements to implementation
