Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring for an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This is a fully remote position in the United States. You will support, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and collaborate with care managers and informatics teams to drive scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years with a degree or 7+ years without a degree, plus Epic Healthy Planet Certification. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required).
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required).
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Configure care management and care coordination processes.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancements.
• Support quarterly Epic update process and best practices.
