• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 4+ years of Epic implementation and/or support.
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in healthcare workflows.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic Healthy Planet design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Lead multiple Epic upgrade initiatives across project phases.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users on configuration and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and participate in incident response.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and support release testing.
