Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, collaborate with care managers, clinicians, and informatics, and lead test planning and incident resolution.

Experience across Epic modules and knowledge of CMS programs are essential. The position requires 5+ years with a degree or 7+ years without a degree, with Epic certification required.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation required
• Experience building applications within Epic modules
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs and HEDIS measures

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical/operations leadership, and informatics teams
• Develop test plans and manage incident coverage and enhancements
• Support quarterly Epic update process and adhere to best practices
