Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, collaborating with care managers, clinicians and informatics teams to deliver scalable population health solutions.

Ideal candidates have Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years without a degree). The position includes competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation (Required).
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required).
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical leadership and informatics teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Develop test plans, manage incidents and enhancements, and support quarterly Epic updates.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
