Sentara Health is seeking a Senior IT Specialty Analyst to optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows and deliver scalable population health solutions. This fully remote role partners with care managers, clinical leadership, and informatics to implement foundation-aligned Epic configurations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Epic Healthy Planet experience and certification, plus proficiency with related modules like EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification is required.
• Experience with Epic modules: EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiar with CMS quality programs (HEDIS) and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Develop test plans, incident coverage, and handle enhancements.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams.
