Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced IT Analyst for Pharmacy Applications. The role designs and develops solutions centered on Epic and related systems, gathering requirements and coordinating with business and IT for implementation.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in IT or a clinical setting, a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, EPIC proficiency, and strong communication skills. Some travel and after-hours on-call may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires EPIC certification within six months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent knowledge.
• Typically five years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping experience.
• Proficient in specifying user requirements and documenting needs and procedures.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
