Advocate Health is seeking an experienced IT professional for Pharmacy Applications to design and deploy Epic-related solutions. This remote role supports clinical service lines and IT teams across multiple sites.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and assist with project planning, testing, training, and maintenance to ensure data integrity and system availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for IT solutions.
• Strong ability to coordinate between clinical and IT teams to implement systems.
• Knowledge of Epic platform and related applications.

Responsibilities
