Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Applications IT Analyst to design, implement and support Epic and related systems across clinical service lines. You will gather requirements, map current workflows, assess impacts, and coordinate changes with business users and IT staff in a remote-capable environment for eligible states.
Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. Responsibilities include project planning and management, testing, training, and helping ensure data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Typically 5 years IT/clinical environment experience with mapping, requirements, testing and documentation.
- Proficient in using EPIC and other applications; experience with databases and project management software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business and IT to provide technical solutions for Epic and related systems.
- Analyze business and clinical operations to identify automation opportunities and coordinate development and implementation.
- Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and maintenance activities for assigned applications.
- Provide training and support for users and ensure data integrity and system performance.
