Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA, seeks a Sr EPIC Applications Systems Analyst, Ambulatory, to lead Epic-based solutions in ambulatory care, from configuration to adoption.

You will partner with operations and vendors, manage project timelines, develop training materials, and ensure successful upgrades and issue resolution.

Requires Epic certification, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and 3 years of enterprise-platform experience; strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Application certification or ability to achieve, as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms.
• Able to mentor to less experienced team members and lead meetings.
• Strong problem solving and communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate project timelines.
• Collaborate with caregivers, vendors, and stakeholders to configure application features.
• Develop test scripts, job aids, and training materials for users.
• Investigate issues, triage tickets, and implement system fixes.
• Support upgrade processes and evaluate new functionalities.
