Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Senior Epic Client System Administrator to ensure reliable access to Epic applications across clinical and operational environments. You will install, configure, and maintain Epic components such as Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover and Haiku, and lead large migration projects and technical improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in Healthcare IT with Epic Client Systems, strong Windows Server, scripting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
• Ability to document procedures, configurations, and operational playbooks.
• Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare and cloud-migration environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover, Haiku.
• Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
• Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
• Participate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates, IRIS reinstall support, Kuiper and System Pulse operations.
• Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead large projects, initiatives, and complex changes.
