Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Epic Application certification(s) or ability to achieve, as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Strong problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
• Able to act independently with minimal oversight.
• Able to mentor less experienced team members.
• Able to lead meetings and communicate with users at all levels.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and manage meeting schedules and follow-ups.
• Engage stakeholders; advise on application features with caregivers and vendors.
• Evaluate product functionality and support upgrade processes.
• Investigate configuration issues and assist in triage.
• Configure application features and document test scripts.
• Provide end-user training materials and mentorship.
• Adapt to dynamic requirements; participate in on-call rotations.
