Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts seeks an Epic Client Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Epic components such as Hyperspace and MyChart. You will support daily Epic client operations and collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure reliable access to Epic applications.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in Healthcare IT with Epic experience, and Epic certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
Epic certifications: Hyperspace Deployment, Web/Service Servers (Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect, Web BLOB, BCA, EPS).
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication with clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover, Haiku.
Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
Participate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates, IRIS reinstall support, Kuiper and System Pulse operations.
Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
