You will lead product demonstrations, manage upgrades, create Job Aids, tests, and support documentation; mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Strong problem solving, time management and decision-making skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude, solution focused.
• Ability to act independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams and ensure tasks stay within scope.
• Manage scheduling, timelines, and resource allocation for projects.
• Collaborate with caregivers and vendors to evaluate and configure features.
• Test new features and develop job aids for support and training.
