Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) or ability to achieve as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Able to mentor less experienced team members and lead meetings with users at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects as workstream lead with accountability for scope and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders, caregivers, and vendors to evaluate, design and configure application features.
• Evaluate demonstrations, support upgrades, and develop training aids for users.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application/configuration issues; participate in incident response.
• Collaborate to configure features, security settings, and create supporting documentation.
