Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC/construction initiatives onsite in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee engineering, procurement, controls and construction, with responsibility for prime contracts, subcontracts, budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes client coordination, risk management and senior project leadership. Requires extensive PM experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to mentor PM teams while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 15 years of project management experience on large, complex construction/EPC projects.
• Experience administering prime contracts, subcontracts, POs and change orders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction across the project lifecycle.
• Manage prime contract requirements, subcontracts, POs, changes, and obligations.
• Oversee schedule development, milestones and risk; prepare reviews for leadership.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, progress payments, closeouts and cost reports.
• Oversee procurement, subcontract packages, vendor scopes and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate engineering/design, value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Oversee safety and quality plans with relevant teams to maintain compliance.
• Manage RFIs, project records, submittals and document management.
• Serve as primary client/subcontractor/vendor contact; maintain communication.
• Direct and mentor Project Managers and PM staff for objectives.
• Identify risks, manage changes, resolve disputes, assess cost/schedule impacts.
• Oversee project closeout, warranty, and lessons-learned reviews.
• Support policies, procedures and company standards.
